Wedding Strategy Session - $300

The Wedding Strategy Session is a 60-minute, high-impact, virtual consultation designed to bridge the gap between DIY planning and professional execution. Whether you are at the very beginning of your journey or a month from "I Do," this hour is yours to use however you need it most. Common ways to use your hour include:

• Vendor Curation

• Agenda Development

• Agenda Audit

Should you decide to upgrade to our Wedding Weekend or Partial Planning packages within 30 days, your $300 session fee will be applied to your package total and your consultation hour will be credited as the first hour of your service allotment. 

Wedding Weekend Planning and Coordination - $4,500

This package consists of 20 hours of event planning and coordination. Regardless of your individual event needs, these tasks are always completed within this package:

• Agenda formation

• Vendor confirmation calls

• Ceremony rehearsal assistance

• Day-of-wedding coordination

Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination - $9,000

This package consists of 40 total hours of event planning and coordination.  This is a great option for those couples who need more assistance in the planning process.   

The partial wedding planning package includes:

• All the tasks within the Weekend Wedding Package 

• 20 Additional hours of planning and consultation

Full Service Wedding Planning and Coordination

The Full Service Wedding Planning and Coordination package is available on a limited basis. Please contact Soirée Saint Louis to discuss your full service needs.
